Rock Eagle 4-H Center: Conference Facilities

Rate Structure

Below is the rate structure for facility use at Rock Eagle. For a printable version, download our PDF version.

Lodging

$250.00 (per night) for traditional cottage. $350.00 (per night) for new cottage. Each cottage will accommodate 18-22 people. All cottages have air-conditioned bedrooms.

Conference Fees

This fee includes use of meeting facility/building, audio video equipment, set ups, etc. All groups except environmental education must pay the conference fee.

*Charges for damages incurred while using facility, will be determined by appropriate Department Head and/or Center Coordinator. Charges are based on current cost for replacement and cost of labor. For information call (706) 484-2868.

Pioneer Camp

The pioneer camp will accommodate approximately 50 people in rustic four-sided wooden shelters. CLOSED DURING WINTER. There are no beds or cots provided. Indoor restrooms with showers are located in this area. The pavilion is equipped with refrigeration units in the enclosed area.

Deposit - refundable provided, upon departure, camp is left as it was found.

Environmental Education

Monday - Friday ONLY

ALL PRICES ARE BASED ON A PER PERSON CHARGE (BOTH ADULTS AND STUDENTS). Staff and facility resources determine availability of environmental education packages. Some weekend programs offered on a limited basis. To obtain information and available dates in Environmental Education, please call (706) 484-2862.

3-Day, 2 Night Program:
Includes 7 meals
6 day sessions @ 2 hours each
4 night sessions @ 1 hour each
$120.00 per person
(Both Students and Adults)
2-Day, 1 Night Program:
Includes 4 meals
3 day sessions @ 2 hours each
2 night sessions @ 1 hour each

Note: Fees are assessed PER PERSON. This includes all students and adults.

Environmental Education

Day Use (3rd - 8th grade)

Day use packages range from $12.00 per person for one 2 hour class to $48.50 for three 2 hour classes and two meals.

Discovery Program (K - 2nd Grade)

Includes 2 hours of instruction for children in kindergarten through second grades. Utilizes the Museum of Natural History $9.00 per student

Adventure Programs

Low Challenge, High Challenge & various combinations

Our Adventure Program is designed to fit the needs of any group from corporate teams trying to become effective leaders all the way down to a group of friends trying to fill a Saturday!

ALL PRICES ARE BASED ON A PER PERSON CHARGE (BOTH ADULTS AND STUDENTS). Staff and facility resources determine availability of Adventure Program packages. Some weekend programs offered on a limited basis. To obtain information and available dates, please call (706) 484-2862.

We offer Teambuilding classes by hour (starting at 3hrs on up to 6hrs or we can design a program from scratch).  So if you are interested in bonding as a group or working on a certain group dynamic (Trust, Communication, Cooperation and so on) we can help you.
