Amphibians are different from reptiles due to their most skin and most of the young go through metamorphosis.

Common Name: Tiger Salamander
Scientific Name: Ambystoma tigrinum

Info: Tiger Salamanders are often seen at night after heavy rains, especially during breeding season. They live beneath debris near water or in crayfish or mammal burrows. They are voracious consumers of earthworms, large insects, small mice, and amphibians.
